Return Policy

At Yash Instrument Company, we take immense pride in the precision and quality of our scientific glassware. Given the specialized and fragile nature of our products, our return policy is designed to ensure safety and quality for all laboratories and industrial partners.

1. Standard Policy (New Customers & One-time Orders)

To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety, we follow a No-Return, No-Refund Policy for all standard orders from new customers.

Once an order for glassware is shipped and delivered, it cannot be returned due to the risk of contamination and transit damage during return shipping.

We encourage new clients to utilize our Sample Program before placing bulk orders.

2. Regular & Contractual Clients

We value long-term business relationships. For our established, regular customers, we offer a specialized Rejected Quantity Replacement service:

  • Identification: If a specific quantity in a batch is rejected based on your internal quality parameters, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
  • Resolution: We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we will provide a one-to-one replacement of the rejected items, which will be shipped alongside your next scheduled order.

3. Sample Requests

We understand that quality verification is essential for laboratory work.

  • Cost: Samples are available upon request. However, the customer is responsible for the full cost of the product plus all delivery and handling charges.
  • Policy: Samples are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

4. Damage in Transit

We use industrial-grade packaging to ensure your glassware arrives safely. However, if you receive a damaged shipment:

  • Unboxing Video (Mandatory): To process a claim, a clear unboxing video showing the shipping label and the damage must be sent to us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Action: Upon verification, we will replace the broken items at no additional cost to you.

5. Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once the manufacturing or packing process has started, cancellations are not accepted.
